Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Where promotions or discount codes have been applied, this will be reflected in your checkout basket. In the event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid. If your order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to submit the relevant details including order number, customer name and address.

We cannot refund any postal charges you incur to both deliver the item to you or to return the item to us, unless we have sent you the wrong items, or your order is faulty, damaged or not as described on arrival.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct any order errors or faults.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges due to the nature of the products for sale.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If your return is not approved, we will explain as to why.
